Payment

Once you submit a booking form we'll be back in touch to confirm your booking.

For our Shanghai city bike tours, No Deposit is required. Your payment will be made to your tour guide after you use our service.
For the bike tour out of Shanghai you will be required to make a deposit of 50 USD per person to buy bullet train ticket, vehicle support, transports and others related issue.we will issue an invoice with payment instruction and options when receiving your booking. We advise to making this payment promptly as your place can only be guaranteed once we have received your deposit. The balance of the tour will be pay to our guide after the tour.
All our tours are priced in U.S. dollars and Euro.Payment may be made in other selected currencies and we will calculate the exchange rate at the time of issuing your invoice.

Method of payment is:

Paypal(4% surcharge)

Cancellation by you:

All tour cancellation must be made to Bike China Tours by Email or in writing.In the event of a cancellation we will apply the following policy:
Cancel 5 days or more prior to tour departure date - loss of deposit.
Cancel less than 4 days prior to the departure date - no refund.

No refund will be made should you:
Voluntarily leave during the course of a tour
Choose not to utilize accommodation, transport, meals or any service provided.

Cancellation by Bike China Tours

If Bike China Tours cancel a tour you will be notified by mail 3 days prior to the tour commencement and receive the full amount you have paid to us. Bike China Tours will be not responsible for any cost outside of the tour price, such as airfares and other travel expense that may be lost due to a cancellation made by us. In the event that Bike China Tous must cancel a trip for reasons due to, but not limited to, terrorism, natural disasters, political instability and other external events which make it impossible for us to run that trip.

Insurance 

We buy the person travel insurance which covers 100 thousand CNY emergency evacuation for all our participants during the tour.

Medical Conditions

Understand that biking activities require physical condition and you are in sound medical condition and capable of participation in the activities. Please consult with your health care practitioner if you have any concerns.
We may ask that you provide details of any medical conditions when booking with us. Disclosure of this information will be made only to your leader for your benefit so we will be able to assist you with any requirements on the ground or in the event of an emergency.

Itineraries and inclusions 

Bike China Tous reserves the right to change advertised itineraries before or during a tour in the interest of safety resulting from war, disease, natural disaster, safety, or change local conditions.


Privacy statement 

In order to operate your trip some personal information Bike China Tours collect with your booking may be provided to the third party suppliers for logistical and legal requirements, such as booking a bullet train or lodge. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone.

Disclaimer

Safety whilst on our tour ride you will be asked to complete a short health and safety form, which states that you are reasonably fit, with no major illness and that we are not responsible for any accidents.we will provide cycle helmets and have well-maintained bicycles. We can not hold any reasonability for the unlikely-ness of any falls or illness whilst on tour.
Route
On some rare occasions, we may need to change the route or may not be able to visit certain spots of interest. If this situation arises we will make you aware of this and the reasons.
Weather 
This is not in our power and we will run the tours in almost all conditions, which are safe for cycling.
